Occamat et la formation securite
Encore une excellente prestation pour le compte d'Occamat dans le cadre d'une journée de la sécurité. La séance d'escape game mobile c'est déroulé dans l'atelier garage et devait permettre au formateur de débriefer différents aspects sécurité et communication auprès des employés.
Après une demie journée de transformation l'équipe de 3600 a transformé le garage en un espace d'escape game adapté à la formation. Nous avons ensuite réalisé trois séances avec 20 à 25 joueurs par séances ce qui a permis de faire passer l'ensemble des employés de l'entreprise.
Tous les objectifs ont été parfaitement atteint et le client était particulièrement satisfait :
- les employés étaient ravis de cette première expérience d'escape game
- les aspects sécurité et communication ont été abordé d'une autre manière (ludique mais efficace)
- le debriefing du formateur a permis de remettre en avant les points importants et sur lesquelles le client voulait travailler
- l'image de marque de l'entreprise est amélioré
Au final ce sont près de 80 employés qui ont été formé grâce à l'escape game durant la matinée avec un scénario personnalisé, encore une fois seul l'escape game mobile pouvait répondre aux besoin du client qui ne pouvait pas se déplacer dans une salle d'escape game traditionnel. La possibilité de personnaliser le scénario pour l'adapter au client, au lieu et à l'objectif de formation est forcément un atout supplémentaire qui nous a permis de satisfaire le client.

Organiser un escape game lors de notre journée sécurité annuelle était pour nous une façon ludique de faire passer des messages de prévention et d’esprit d’équipe. Ce défi a été réussi et le résultat correspondait à nos attentes. En effet 3600 a su concevoir un escape game en tenant compte de nos risques chantier et en s’adaptant à notre environnement.
